Applications for the Festival

„Applications Fee“ is one of those terms that I have tried to grasp for years. In contrast to common practice, I will use the money for the originally intended purpose. The Berlin Boylesque Drag Festival will use 100% of the application fees to support a Berlin based organization for the homeless, whose aim – among others – it is to help people finding ways out of their bad personal situation. Helping people to help themselves is the most noble way to show support, in my opinion. In cooperation with strassenfeger e.V. we set up a PAYPAL account to ensure maximum transparency and we will announce the total amount after the application period ends. The entire amount will then instantly be available for the charitable work of strassenfeger e.V. Of course, everybody is free and welcome to give more than the minimum amount of 10€.
